The Sharjah Directorate of Town Planning and Survey (SDTPS) presents its official app, aimed at providing a plethora of smart services to its valued customers, consultants, suppliers, government bodies, and the public. This app is meticulously designed to meet and exceed customer expectations. Users can easily track the status of their requests, book appointments, view and navigate their lands, and contribute to the enhancement of the quality of life in Sharjah by sharing insights and suggestions for service improvement. The diverse range of services includes registering, renewing maps, issuing physical planning statements, land guides, fee payments, service fee calculations, land information requests, property numbering, pre-approved design templates, land demarcation services, interlock area determination, and the issuance of certificates for granted lands.

The application is available in both Arabic and English languages for seamless navigation. It offers a user-friendly and advanced experience. Users can utilize features like feedback submissions, surveys, direct communication channels with the department, viewing maps through 'My Land Maps,' access to land information and technical support. Notifications, news updates, social media channels are also integrated within the app.
